Wage Range: $31.79 - $50.58 per hour - LPN Nationally Licensed
$2.00 Float Pool Pay
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Tuition Reimbursement, Continuing Medical Education (CME), Preceptor Program
The LPN is responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care.
Primary Duties:
- Greets and prepares patients for exams.
- Takes patients history and vitals.
- Assists provider with exam/surgical procedures and diagnostic testing.
- Performs tests, administers injections and medications, as per providers instruction.
- Sterilizes instruments.
- Triages phone calls and walk-in patients, schedules appointments, handles prescriptions, refills per state and LPN license guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position: Licensed as a LPN in the State of Washington Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
DESIRED for the position: One or more years of related work experience
Position works out of the Monroe office occasionally.
