Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of care and leadership

What You'll Do: Lead STNAs in delivering quality resident care Administer medications and treatments per orders Complete assessments, documentation, and charting Support residents with daily living and overall well-being Coordinate care with physicians, families, and care team Manage orders, labs, admissions, and care transitions Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
