$5,000 Sign-On BonusWe are looking for an LPN to join our Primary Care Practice at Urbana. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with offices being closed during the 6 major holidays (with pay). The current schedule is:Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with an hour lunch each day

What You'll Do:

• In this role, a majority of your time will be spent in clinic assisting with patient care and triaging patients. 
• Accompany patients to exam/procedure room; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam, etc
• Collecting & Document patient history in Epic
• Assist physician with various procedures

What You'll Bring:

• Active LPN License and LPN degree
