Job Summary

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Assignment Length: 10 weeks

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This short-term assignment offers the opportunity to provide quality nursing care in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in post-acute and long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patients’ conditions and report any changes
Support residents with daily living activities
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold facility policies

Requirements:

Active LPN license (state-specific)
Current BLS certification
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
