Key Responsibilities

As an LPN at The Manor, you will:

Administer medications and maintain accurate medication administration records.
Ensure proper check-in, storage, and destruction of all medications, including narcotics.
Enter physician orders into electronic medical records and update MARs accordingly.
Monitor residents' health status and document all changes.
Provide timely communication with physicians and administrators regarding resident status.
Supervise and support CNAs in delivering high-quality resident care.
Ensure compliance with all state, facility, and company policies.
Notify Administrator of occurrences/incidents when necessary.
Work closely with our DON and Resident Care Coordinator to improve the lives of our residents.

Qualifications

Must hold a clear, unencumbered Arkansas LPN license.

Assisted living experience required.

Strong medication administration skills.

Knowledge of AR State Regulations.

Prior experience supervising CNAs.

Experience with dementia care preferred.
