This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title:LPN (LTC)Location: Eagle Butte, SD, 57625Duration: 13 weeksWork Schedule: Variable Days | 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM (12-Hour Shifts)Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies while promoting a safe and compassionate environment.

Requirements:

Active LPN license
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
