We are seeking dedicated LPNs to provide exceptional care within our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) programs. • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with a compassionate team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Monitor health status, administer medications, and document clinical information accurately
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, caring environment for all residents

Required Skills:

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
• Knowledge of IDD and ICF care standards
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to resident safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD care
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Prior experience in a residential or facility-based setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Pennsylvania
• 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in IDD or residential care settings

Other Requirements:

• Availability for evening shifts (3-5 am per week) and PRN opportunities
• Must complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation (Monday-Friday)
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
• Reliable transportation for travel as applicable
