Your responsibilities include:Performing skilled nursing tasks such as injections and wound care
Preparing equipment and materials for patient visits
Teaching patients' self‑care techniques to support independence
Communicating with RNs and case managers to clarify instructions and provide updates
Assisting RNs or physicians with specialized procedures
Following infection control and universal precautions
Reporting suspected abuse per state and federal guidelines
Maintaining accurate clinical notes and driving records
Ensuring punctuality and reliability in daily scheduling
You take pride in knowing your work directly improves the lives of patients and their families.QualificationsActive Oklahoma LPN licenseCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)At least 1 year of nursing experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel long distances and adapt to schedule changes
Basic computer skills
Experience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is a plus
