- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols and scope of practice.
- Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate residents and families regarding healthcare needs and treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, patient safety, and facility standards.
