Position: LPN Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing OpportunityLocation: Lewiston, MaineContract Length: 13 WeeksSpecialty: Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Requirements:

• Active Maine LPN License or Compact LPN License• Current BLS Certification• Minimum 2 Years of Recent LPN Experience• Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Post Acute Care Experience Preferred• Medical Terminology Knowledge Preferred• Ability to Float Between Units as Needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients• Experience in Rehabilitation or Post-Acute Care settings• Strong wound care and IV therapy knowledge• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• EPIC EMR Experience Preferred
