Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Direct Hire

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents in a supportive long-term care environment. This role focuses on delivering compassionate care to a senior patient population while ensuring safety and clinical excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $24.00 – $36.00 per hour
Shift Differentials Available
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 (paid incrementally)
Full-Time: 36 hours per week
Patient Population
Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
Resident Census: 46–54 patients
Primarily senior population
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Update and maintain individualized resident care plans
Provide compassionate, safe, and efficient patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active LPN license in the state of practice
BLS Certification
Minimum 3 months of LTC experience as an LPN
Additional Information
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Strong communication and basic nursing skills required
Must comply with all facility policies and regulatory standards
