Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurse or physician.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to healthcare team.
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Support team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Utilize technology to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
Hold a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
Demonstrate proficiency in administering medications safely and effectively.
Participate actively in professional development and training opportunities.
Strong desire to learn and evolve professionally within a growth-oriented company.
Experience in documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment with high visibility.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Proven ability to assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Utilize healthcare technology to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment consistently.
