Now Hiring: Full-Time Nurses (LPN) - Day and Night Shift | Ponderosa Villa - Crawford, NE

We're expanding our nursing team and have full-time Day Shift (6 AM - 6 PM) and Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM) available. Whether you're an experienced LPN or early in your nursing career, this is your chance to be part of something special.

What You'll Do:

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization)
Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families
Advocate for your residents and ensure top-quality, person-centered care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Nebraska license (or compact)
Compassionate communicator and team player
Willing to learn and follow SNF-specific regulations
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors
