Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Omaha, NE

Work Locations: 162nd & Dodge and/or 72nd and Center

Job Type: Full-time Employee

Compensation: Hourly wage, based on experience

Experience Level: Intermediate (3-7 years)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: Immediately

Position Overview

The LPN plays a key role in providing excellent patient care and supporting the clinical team. We are looking for someone who is a strong individual contributor, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and document vital signs
Obtain medication and medical history
Administer injections and perform venipuncture
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
Assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
Prepare and room patients
Clean and stock exam rooms

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska
