WSi Healthcare is building a dedicated pool of Licensed Practical Nurses for upcoming openings in county jail settings across Arizona. Whether you have correctional experience or are new to the specialty, this environment offers challenge, growth, and the chance to provide essential care to an underserved population.

Correctional healthcare is one of the most rewarding specialties in nursing. You’ll work with a supportive team, handle a variety of clinical cases, and build skills that translate anywhere. Every shift has purpose — and your presence truly matters.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on nursing care inside a secure county jail clinic
Assist with sick call, medication administration, and intake screenings
Support patients with both chronic and acute needs
Document care accurately in the electronic health record
Collaborate closely with custody staff and fellow medical professionals
Maintain professional, compassionate care in a structured, controlled setting

What We Offer

Pay DOE with additional differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
W2 employment (no 1099) with access to benefits
Multiple shift options — days, evenings, nights
Higher pay for weekend shifts
Per diem, part-time, and long-term opportunities as needs arise
Stable scheduling with a required minimum of 4 shifts every 28-day cycle
