Job Description

LPN or RN Baylor Nurses $$$2500 SIGN ON BONUS!!!! Work 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday and earn an extra 6 hours per weekend. Weekend Shift Differential Pay $5.00 to $7.00

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WHERE YOU WORK 645AM TO 715PM AND AN EXTRRECEIVE A 6 HOUR PER WEEKND WORKED.

Brief description of LPN or RN Baylor Nurse - Under the direction of the Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing Services. You are responsible for supervision of assigned staff and providing quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning and coordinate nursing care in accordance with Facility policies and procedures, state requirements. Department of Health regulations, and Federal Health Care Administration regulations. Administers and monitors resident medications and treatments per physician's orders. and other individualized patient instructions.
