Job Description

Title - LPN Travel - $1400/weekly - $40/hr- TX ($250 Bonus)Location: Lubbock, TX Shift: 5x8 Mid Shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 40 Hours per Week Pay - $35 to $40/hourly Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in direct patient care and be proficient in performing clinical nursing procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
  • Educate patients on medications and care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Perform computer data entry (training will be provided)
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with and perform advanced nursing skills as required

Requirements:

  • Active Texas LPN License
  • Recent LPN Experience
