You'll work closely with a dedicated team of consulting pharmacists, night pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians to ensure high-quality service in a dynamic long-term care setting.What You'll Do As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: Verifying and dispensing medications with accuracy and efficiency Reviewing medication therapies for appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness Assisting with resolving medication-related issues and clinical interventions Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols Building strong communication and relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, nurses, and administratorsWhat You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Active Arkansas Pharmacist License Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred: LTC pharmacy experience and IV compounding skills (not required)Why Join Us in Little Rock?
