Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Luxury Destination Specialist to support high-end travel planning and client coordination in a remote environment. This position focuses on delivering a seamless and elevated client experience through strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating upscale travel experiences and reservations
- Support client requests related to accommodations, itineraries, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate client profiles and travel details in internal systems
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
- Review travel confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
- Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience
- Follow established processes and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple client requests in a remote environment
- Customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience preferred
- Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
$45,000 - $65,000 a year
