We're Expanding Our Team- Seeking Experienced Leasing Consultants:

 We're inviting individuals with 1-3 years of leasing to join us as Leasing Consultants. This role is more than leasing; it's about becoming a key part of our community, ensuring our residents have a place they're proud to call home.

Your New Role:

• Full Training Provided: Receive comprehensive training on our platforms, plus all necessary laws and regulations to ensure you’re set up for success.
• Leasing Excellence: Lease apartments in accordance with our high standards and all applicable laws.
• Engagement Expert: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, managing communications efficiently to offer the best customer experience.
• Market Savvy: Stay informed on market trends, contribute to marketing strategies, and enhance resident satisfaction with innovative ideas.
• Job Growth: We promote from within, clear path to Leasing Manager positions within 1-2 years.

Who We're Looking For:

• Must have 1-3 years of experience in luxury apartment leasing.
• Polished, confident communicator with a knack for sales, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• High ambition and high energy.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• A team player who takes pride in their work but can also operate independently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems like Yardi.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Onsite Position: This role requires your presence on-site, offering a consistent schedule with two consecutive days off for a healthy work-life balance.
• Weekend Availability: Candidates must be open to working weekends, essential for meeting our community's needs.
