Luxury Spa Manager (Sales Focus)

Your Role
Engage with clients to sell premium treatments, packages, and skincare products
Collaborate with estheticians and nurses to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure clients leave impressed and motivated to return
Track and maximize daily sales performance
