Job Description
We are currently seeking a LVN to join our ADHC team. The LVN is primarily responsible for the wellness and care provided to our participants. The LVN is also responsible for the training and continued education of all participants.The position involves working with seniors. This position is designed to be a floor nurse and involved in the program as much as possible.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Observe and monitor participants' health status.
- Provide and/or supervise personal care given by the program aide.
- Take participant vitals and/or blood sugar.
- Document and maintain participants' health records.
- Provide assistance to the participants in obtaining medical services Etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA LVN License (Current/Active).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (current/active).
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Day Shift.
- Full-time.
- $23-$25.
Experience:
- ADHC/CBAS: 1 year (Preferred).
- LVN: 1 year (Preferred).
