The Opportunity:
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Peninsula Post-Acute - Burlingame, CA
Rate: $40.00-$44.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift Availability: Full-Time (AM and PM Shifts available)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Personalized Rehabilitation: Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to each resident's recovery goals.
Critical Thinking: Make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Clinical Communication: Maintain clear and accurate documentation; communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
Treatment Implementation: Follow clinical instructions with precision and implement physician orders to support the rehabilitation process.
Compassionate Care: Serve as a dedicated team player, providing support to both residents and fellow staff members.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
Passion for Seniors: A genuine heart for working with the geriatric and post-acute population.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
Professionalism: A trainable, dedicated, and compassionate attitude with a strong work ethic.
