Starting from $40-$45/hr
Ridgeway Post Acute is looking for dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our NOC shift team in an on call/PRN capacity.. If you thrive in a supportive, resident-focused environment and want a facility that values teamwork and reliability, you'll fit right in here.
What We're Looking For
Active CA LVN license
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work NOC shift independently and confidently
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, calm presence
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, not required
What You'll Do
Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely nursing care
Pass medications accurately and maintain documentation
Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Communicate changes in resident condition
Uphold high standards of infection control and resident safety
