LVN/LPN - Travel/Contract - Up to $42/hr

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid state-specific LVN/LPN license; CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent Long Term Care experience; prior experience with PM/NOC shifts preferred; familiarity with EMR systems
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings and night shifts; familiarity with facility protocols; strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting during evening and night shifts.
  • Assess residents’ health status, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately in the EMR system.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations to ensure safety and well-being.
