10+ Years of Experience Must Have Technical Skills " Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering. " Typically requires 5+ years of experience. " Proven experience as Server Administrator " Primary expertise in tools like Workforce one. Secondary skillset would be JAMF " Proficient in Server configuration and scripting " Knowledge of Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf and other server access & security profile configuration " Extensive experience with MacOS Servers & Knowledge of Server Virtualization " Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution. Roles & Responsibilities " Manage Mac Server administration tasks and maintain servers up to date in compliance with Security Controls and compliance Hands on managing MacOS Servers and their patching schedules in a Data Center Environment Expertise in Workforce One or JAMF " Solid understanding of Server Administration concepts " Must be familiar with MacOS Server Scripting and automation of software patch installations and security software updates " Collaborating with the MacSupport Team to understand Server Management plan in a DC " Ensuring Servers are running up to security software and OS " Solid knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration and ability to resolve Network Identification/IP conflicts " Knowledge of Managed OS and Software packaging and installation
