Job Description
A Machine Builder is responsible for assembling customer equipment using blueprints and a range of hand tools. You'll work with fluid power pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, valves, and controls.
Must haves:
- 3-5 years of related mechanical assembly experience with extensive electrical background;
- skills may be based on previous automotive repair or maintenance positions
- Valid driver's license and willing to travel about 25% of the time.
- Strong collaboration skills to work as a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality.
Additional skills and knowledge include:
- ability to wire industrial electrical panels;
- ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment;
- ability to read a print;
- ability to operate small hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment;
- advanced math and precision measuring skills;
- strong mechanical aptitude;
- must have analytical, technical and demonstrated problem-solving skills
