The company provides an excellent benefits package, including a quarterly Bonus Incentive Program, making it a top choice for talented professionals like you.Responsibilities:* Research, plan, and design mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and liquid processing systems using advanced 3D software (SolidWorks).* Create detailed assembly models, approval prints, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.* Analyze equipment specifications and performance requirements to develop cost-effective, manufacturable designs.* Assess the feasibility of new equipment designs or modifications to existing systems, considering constraints like space, cost, and time.* Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation) to validate designs.* Evaluate field installations, making design modifications to improve performance and integration.* Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., ANSI, OSHA).* Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to evaluate fit, form, and function of equipment relative to adjacent systems and components.
