Pay Structure:

$20 start out pay.

$21- Once completion of training.

$22.50 per hour once hired on full-time. 

Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday 2 pm to 10:30 pm

Monday-Friday 10 pm to 6:30 am

Position Overview

Our client is seeking dependable Machine Operators / Assemblers to support daily manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of machine operation or assembly experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow basic work instructions, drawings, and production procedures.
• Use hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Load and unload materials and components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation or assembly experience required.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
