Job Description

Opsource has partnered with a local BMW supplier in Spartanburg, SC area and is now hiring Experienced Production Associates. If you have manufacturing experience and are looking for competitive pay with overtime opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Pay: $19.50 per hour Full-Time | 12 Hour Shifts

Shift Schedule:

7 Days On / 2 Days Off

7 Days On / 5 Days Off

12 hour shifts, 5pm to 5am

Saturday night/Sunday during the 7-day rotation is overtime (may not always be required depending on production needs)

Responsibilities:

Perform tasks as assigned by department team leader

Lift 35–75 lbs. consistently throughout shift

Follow all work instructions and safety guidelines

Identify and report production issues immediately

Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Label and tag products throughout production

Pack finished goods into proper containers

Perform operator-level machine maintenance as directed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required

Must be able to read and speak English

Ability to understand verbal instructions

Strong team player

Comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced environment
