Job Description

You will operate a variety of automated machinery used in the production of company products. Follow process sheets and written or verbal instructions from the supervisor to complete assigned production tasks. You will report to the Team Lead, Automation Engineer and work onsite in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 1st Shift role on-site (M-F, 5:00AM - 1:30PM), in Milwaukee in the 100-C department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use documented work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing execution systems to perform moderately complex tasks across multiple workstations.
  • Develop proficiency across multiple machines and collaborate with team members to resolve machine issues.
  • Partner with engineering and production teams to propose solutions and support development projects.
  • Read and understanding written instructions.
  • Use a computer to view, log, or find appropriate job related information.
  • Work with HMIs to resolve machine faults.
  • Use manual tools, power tools and machinery.

The Essentials- You Will Have:

  • High School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of verified related experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred- You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 2 years of previously related experience.
