Work closely with your colleagues to drive success and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting.What You’ll Do: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to manufacture precision parts consistently according to production specifications.*
• Carefully removing finished parts and placing them in designated containers or areas, ensuring accuracy.*
• Performing packing and finishing tasks to meet daily production targets.*
• Regularly cleaning and maintaining equipment and workstations to promote a safe and efficient work environment.*
• Following detailed production procedures and safety protocols at all times.*
• Documenting completed work accurately using company forms and computer systems to ensure traceability.*
• Collaborating with team members and communicating any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.*
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and exerting pushing or pulling force of 20–30 lbs. throughout your shift as required.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.*
• Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production settings. (preferred but not required)*
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.*
• Strong physical stamina and upper body strength to handle lifting and manual tasks.*
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow both written instructions and verbal communications effectively.*
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.*
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment with temperatures reaching up to 95°F.*
• Sharp visual perception and depth perception to ensure quality workmanship.*
• Steel-toe shoes and a neat, casual appearance.
