- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications.*
- Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.*
- Inspect finished products using measurements and visual inspection.*
- Work with precision materials and perform detailed inspections, including microscope work.*
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.*
- Communicate equipment issues or quality concerns to your supervisor.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.*
- Comfort with basic math, measurements, and precision work.*
- Previous experience in manufacturing, welding, grinding, soldering, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus.*
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.*
- Ability to work comfortably with small or detailed components.*
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Consistent MondayFriday schedule*
