Job Description
Machine Operator (Day or Night Shift)Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourShift: 12-Hour ShiftsLocation: Concord, NC Alliance Industrial Solutions is immediately hiring for Machine Operators (Slitters) to join our manufacturing team in Concord. Whether you have experience as a Slitter Operator or other industrial machine operator, we have a spot for you on our growing team.Whats in it for you?
- Day Shift: $17.00/hr (6am- 6pm, 2-2-3 Rotation)
- Night Shift: $18.00/hr (6pm- 6am, Monday-Thursday)
- Weekly Pay and a fast hiring process.
- Setting up and operating slitting and production equipment.
- Loading raw materials and palletizing finished goods.
- Monitoring quality control and performing basic machine troubleshooting.
- Documenting production data into the system.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- The ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliabilitywe need team members who show up and work hard.
