Machine Operator / Slitter Operator Night Shift $18/hr Hiring Immediately Concord, NC | Alliance Industrial SolutionsAlliance Industrial Solutions is now hiring Machine Operators / Slitter Operators for a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. Immediate openings start quickly.Pay & Schedule
- $18/hour*
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM*
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule*
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts
- Set up and operate slitting / production machines*
- Load raw materials and remove finished product*
- Lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift*
- Monitor production and enter data into system*
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments*
- Cross-train across multiple production lines
- Paper slitting (team-based, palletizing)*
- Photo paper slitting*
- Card slitting (finishing and capping ends)
- 6+ months machine operator or manufacturing experience*
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly*
- Basic computer skills*
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
