Machine Operator $19/hr Charlotte, NC Multiple ShiftsNow hiring Machine Operators in Charlotte, NC! Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with full-time hours, training provided, and long-term career opportunities.Pay:$19/hrLocation:Charlotte, NCJob Type:Full-TimeStart Date:Immediate Openings Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, MondayFriday*
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM, SundayThursday*
- C1 Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, ThursdaySunday*
- C2 Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, SaturdayTuesday
- Operate CNC machines, lathes, surface grinders, centerless grinders, and polishers
- Perform precision machining and production work*
- Set up tools and support machine operation*
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications*
- Inspect finished parts for quality and tolerances
- Enter production information into the system*
- Perform basic routine machine maintenance*
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of machine operating or CNC experience
- Experience with milling or lathe operation preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions*
- Comfortable working with small, detailed parts
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity*
- Basic computer skills*
- Reliable attendance and solid work history*
- Must be able to train on 1st shift
- Clean, climate-controlled facility
