Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for assembly and welding of seating lugs and cleats to bands per customer order.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble and weld seating lugs and cleats to bands
- Separate lugs when required
- Weld ID mark (dimple) to identify tie wings on band as required
- Assist in special projects and studies as requested
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
- Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
- Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have exceptional finger dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time
