MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED 2nd & 3rd Shift | $22.74/hour + Fast RaisesLocation: Kearney, NEPay: $22.74/hour (2nd & 3rd Shifts)Raises: Automatic pay increases every 3 months during your first year after hire!Shifts: 2nd and 3rd 8 or 10-hour shifts requiredType: Temp-to-HireAre you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and ready to build a career in a dynamic, team-driven environment? Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking Machine Operators to join their growing team on 2nd and 3rd shifts!This temp-to-hire opportunity puts you on the path to long-term success with regular pay raises, full benefits and advancement opportunities once hired on permanently.What You'll Do:

Set up, operate and adjust a variety of production equipment
Monitor machines and report any malfunctions to supervision or setups
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform basic equipment maintenance (greasing, lubricating, coolant refills)
Maintain accurate records (production, inspection, downtime, SPC charts)
Help train new team members as needed
Keep your work area clean, safe and organized

Available Shift Details:2nd Shift Options:

Mon Thurs: 3: 00 PM 1: 00 AM + Fri (8 hours)
OR Mon Fri: 3: 00 PM 11: 00 PMWeekend work required as needed

3rd Shift Options:

Sun Thurs: 9: 00 PM 7: 00 AM
OR Sun Fri: 11: 00 PM 7: 00 AMWeekend work required as needed

Training may occur on 1st shift.Requirements:

10th grade education
Preferably 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
Strong attendance, performance, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting
Must be adaptable, team-oriented and safety-focused
