• Operate roto molding machines to produce custom tanks
• Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and processing time
• Detect equipment jams and make machine calibrations and adjustments
• Pour product, trim excess material, and remove finished products from molds
• Inspect finished products for surface defects, flaws, and quality concerns
• Perform material handling duties and maintain production flow

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness and desire to learn new processes and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
