• Operate production machines safely and efficiently
• Read blueprints and follow standard work instructions and training guides
• Use various hand tools to complete production tasks
• Follow build boards and Kanban system requirements
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment
• Support company quality, safety, and production goals

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Windows, email, and internet use
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions
• Strong math, reading, communication, and visualization skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs as needed
