Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate machinery, monitor production, and make adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to put your mechanical skills to work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards

• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies

• Verify dimensions of finished products

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

• Operate material handling equipment

• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints

• Ability to perform basic math

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
