Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing | Richland County, Wisconsin

We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company in Richland County that is looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join their growing team.
This is more than just an operator position—you'll receive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventive maintenance, giving you the opportunity to expand your technical skills while building a long-term career in manufacturing.

What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift.
- Make minor machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Learn preventive maintenance and machine repair through hands-on training.
- Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
- Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Production Team Member preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn maintenance skills.
- Dependable attendance and solid work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Schedule
- Day Shift – Start time: 6:00 AM
- Shift lengths vary based on production demands.
- Typical shifts range from 4–12 hours.
- Full-time schedule averaging 30–50 hours per week.
