Job Description

Machine Operator/Press Operator – Manufacturing

Canton, NC | Full-Time | Weekly Pay + BenefitsShifts:1st shift schedule: Monday- Thursday 7am- 7pmPay $20.50 per hour2nd shift schedule: Monday- Thursday 7pm- 7amPay $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50

What You’ll Do

Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts according to work instructions
Operate production equipment and labeling scan guns
Record production, quality, and scrap information accurately
Maintain production and quality standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or leads
Follow all company safety, environmental, and workplace procedures

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred
Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
