Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator at our manufacturing plant in Summerdale, Alabama. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. We have open positions for 3 shifts. This is a great opportunity for a person who is looking to learn a skill in the CNC machining and manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: 1. Review work orders. 2. Set up machines according to work orders. 3. Monitor machine operations to ensure high quality. 4. Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as necessary. 5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 6. Perform regular maintenance on machines. 7. Inspect finished products for quality standards. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent dependability 3. Basic understanding of blueprints. 4. Basic understanding of machine maintenance. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
