Job Description

Our client near Brattleboro, VT has a need for a 3rd shift Machine Operator that will have you working Monday Thursday 8:30pm - 7:00am. This position starts at $20/hour and there is a $1/hour shift differential. This position is direct hire and the company offers a nice benefits package including health/vision/life/dental insurance, 401k with company match, as well as paid time off.

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

Loading and unloading machines*
Set up and operation of multiple machines *
Tag/label product*
Monitoring of product during production to ensure specifications and quality standards are met*
Machine maintenance*
Maintaining records*
Maintain safe work environment and follow safety policies

Your Skills/Qualifications for the Machine Operator:

Previous manufacturing experience required*
Experience with micrometers and calipers*
Basic computer skills*
Must have good mechanical abilities*
Must be able to be on your feet throughout the shift*
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
