Overview
Job Description
- Setup and adjust roll form machine for different production runs based on specifications.
- Monitor the operation of the machine to ensure proper material feed and smooth production flow.
- Inspect and measure finished product to ensure quality. Address any defects or discrepancies by adjusting machine settings.
- Perform routine inspections of machines and equipment to ensure proper function. Recommend and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Perform PM on the machines daily.
- Loading finished product onto racks for other departments.
- Occasional forklift operation.
- Work with other departments as necessary to ensure high quality and efficient production.
- Track production data and record progress, issues or downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols.
