Machine Operator / Manufacturing Associate

Job Overview

2nd shift 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. In this role, you will help run production equipment, inspect parts for quality, and support daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience or strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery

• Load materials and monitor machines during production

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Use basic measuring tools such as rulers, gauges, or calipers

• Record production numbers and inspection results

• Identify and report machine or material issues

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized

• Assist with equipment adjustments and changeovers

• Work with team members to maintain production flow

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to read basic instructions and follow work orders

• Basic math and measuring skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
