Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator- 26-00197Company or Role Overview: Looking for a stable manufacturing career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and employee growth? We're hiring Machine Operators across all 3 shifts at a well-established manufacturer in Ashland, Ohio.

Pay:$17.77 - $18.67 /hr.(shift differential)

Available Shifts

1st Shift- 7:00am- 3:30pm
2nd Shift- 3:00pm- 11:30pm
3rd Shift- 11:00pm- 7:30am

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot minor machine issues
Perform quality checks and measurements
Package and label finished products
Complete production paperwork accurately
Read and follow work instructions
Operate secondary equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 hoursRequirements: Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and great dependability.
