Machine OperatorPay:$16.00 per hourLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73179Shift:1st ShiftSchedule:Monday Saturday | Monday Friday 7: 00 AM 6: 00 PM | Saturday 7: 00 AM 1: 00 PM (as needed)Job Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125046Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment while meeting daily production goals.The ideal Machine Operator has previous industrial or manufacturing experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or general labor environments required Ability to read tape measures accurately Ability to use angle finders and/or micrometers Strong understanding of decimal measurements Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as neededEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and quality requirements Complete basic production paperwork and documentation accurately Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Assist with additional production duties as assigned Support efficient workflow and production schedulesPreferred Qualifications Manufacturing certifications or related training Forklift experience Overhead crane experience 10-key data entry experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plusPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and work throughout the shift Comfortable working in varying temperatures and production environments Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periodsWork Environment Manufacturing and production environment Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Fast-paced operation focused on safety, quality, and productivity Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for growth and developmentWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to develop manufacturing and machine operation skills Stable work environment with growth potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:3625 S.
