This Machine Operator role involves monitoring equipment, performing inspections, and supporting daily production goals. The ideal Machine Operator is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.Required Experience & Skills Previous experience in industrial, construction, or general labor environments Ability to read and use tape measures, angle finders, and micrometers Understanding of decimal measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethicForklift and crane experience a plus Experience with 10-key data entry preferredBilingual skills a plusEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily goals Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety rules, procedures, and guidelines Perform routine equipment checks and report issues Complete basic production documentation Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and working in varying temperatures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Perform additional duties as assignedJob Order124260
